Help!

Im new to this. very new...

Ok here goes....Ive got a brand new 256mb chip (ummm the one Nokia tell you to buy not sure what type) and I wanted to download from my pc some software to try which is symbian 60/ Nokia 6260  compliant and is for GPS. But when I got to Nokia PC suite it wont let me transfer files...any files...either to phone or memory it just doesnt give me the option.

I use a bluetooth dongle - now I can see a bluetooth connection on my my pc for my phone in Nokia PC suite. My phone tells me it can see my pc, but still no joy.

Now there are two bluetooth connections listed in Nokia suite - one microsoft, one Widcomm. The Widcomm for some reason says I dont have a license (the cheek of it! I paid good money for it from O2!). So I use the Microsoft one. Ive downloaded activesynch from microsoft but it cannot get a connection via USB. Its enabled but wont connect.

Ive also uploaded my contacts as backup into my pc from phone.

So why wont the software download?
