One morning my 1g moby memory locked with a password,even though no password had been set even puttin it in another phone this still happens, is there a default password or any way to reset, i have tried formatting in PC but still carnt get in to the memory card... Thanks in advance for any help

Its because that the memory cards have password, to avoid be read by others... Take a look at All About Symbian forums, because is a very hot subject with all kind of answers. Maybe you find a solution.

Mine hasnt been sorted out yet, still carnt get into the memory card however hard i try, ive tried pc to reformat it but it still asks for the password

Is not an easy subject. If it have a password, maybe a format only with different OS can solve the situation. But is try and error process.

I've just replaced a damaged N73 with a new one and my card is now asking for a password. Have you had any luck in getting yours fixed.
