Is there any after sales service ?

My wife bought for me a 4gb sd card Order ID 143626 which did not work as I wanted to return it I used www.mobymemory.com/rma.asp to find the page was not found then used the email from your site but did not get a reply went onto phone a number of times only to get an answerphone and my calls never replied.

So have moved on to this forum not holding out much hope as the service so far has been inexcusable.

I have used mm before and service has been good but it's only when things go wrong you find the true worth of any company.

Well, I have to say that I did manage to get an RMA and sent my card back. It was exchanged very promptly for one that has (so far) performed perfectly.

I feel that communication is a problem here as if you know that something is going to be done, the wait doesn't seem quite so agonizing!

I was unfortunate in getting a faulty card in the first instance, and having to wait for a response was annoying, but I feel that it was, for me, a satisfactory outcome overall.

I would be happy to use MM again.

same situation for me

ordered 4g card which was faulty, i double checked that it was faulty in a high street store

tried calling no answer, no reply

will give them the benefit over the weekend as i was happy with the delivery service and it is a Friday afternoon.

Will I have to pay to send it back???

Just like to say that my money was refunded. MM biggest problem seems to be very poor communication Whilst their prices are good I suppose corners are being cut in customer relations. I will not be using MM again.

Hi Grayfor

I sent mine back again yesterday demanding a full refund by return of post. If I don't get one I will be off to the small claims court. I suggest you do the same. I would also suggest if the problems are not resolved a call to the trading standards authority. If enough people call them they will take action.

I, too, have a 4 gig card (mini SD) which has been pronounced faulty by MM tech support.

They suggested I e-mailed Returns to obtain an RMA which I did.(e-mailed, that is, not obtained an RMA - which is the problem!)

I then re-sent it, as it had not been replied to.

I have now e-mailed again - to Sales (if I were a cynic, I might wonder if this department is a little more attentive.......)

I really hope this works, as I'm losing the will to live - not to mention losing my data.

Following the rigmaroll of getting the rma number I posted the sd card back to yourselves. Today I had returned to me what seems to be the very same sd card which still is not working. There was no letter of explanation. I will therefor be rejecting it as not fit for the purpose for which it was sold and returning it to you for a full refund.

hi dursley.

I apologise for the poor response rate this week, we are very short-staffed in the UK at the moment due to people out with cold/flu including myself. The process for returns is to email through to the returns @ mobymemory.com email address and list your Order ID and Name and the problem, and you will be issued an RMA number and details for returning the product to us for replacement.

yours sincerely,
